This last Sunday we moved to a new “temporary” location for both the high school and middle school ministries. It was nice and refreshing to move out o our old place, which quite honestly looked like a children’s classroom rather than a student ministry room. Because of the quick transition we weren’t able to have everything in place, but God was still glorified there.
We had about 7 or 8 new students who had never attended come and check it out. So awesome to see new people being invited by their friends!
I also asked one of our leaders, Todd, to give a teaching. He did a great job. He taught on forgiveness and how loves must be the central ingredient that we must have if we are to show forgiveness. A challenging message to everyone, including myself, because if we are all honest with each other it is not easy to forgive.
